The insurance plans and their rules change frequently. Listed below of are a few of the insurances with whom we participate. Aetna FINANCIAL POLICY *Payment Please remember that insurance companies pay fixed allowances on services and procedures. If your visit is subject to your plan deductible, payment is expected at time of service. It is your responsibility to pay any co-insurance or any other balance not covered by your insurance company. Many insurance companies require us to collect co-payments at the time of your visit. Please be prepared to pay when you check in with the receptionists. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. The insurance plans and their rules change frequently. Please bring all of your insurance cards with you to each visit. If you have more than one insurance plan or if your spouse is covered, inform our staff so that we may coordinate the benefits and save you money!
We do not file Worker Compensation claims. Our billing department is available to answer all of your questions. Please contact them at (336) 373-1557 and ask for the billing department. The office staff and billing staff will help you with insurance questions and problems. We also encourage you to call our insurance company directly or go to their web site to check your benefits to ensure that you will be covered. If you do not have insurance, the payment is expected at time of service. Our staff will gladly discuss payment options at the time you register for your first appointment.
